Coming soon on Lonely Beach: the Siam Beach Condominiums

The Siam Beach Condominiums will rise on a magnificent bay view location that we have long kept hidden from the outside world. On beautiful hillside overlooking the famous Lonely Beach, or Haat Tha Naam as the locals call it, and our well know Siam Beach Resort Koh Chang, we will soon start construction of the most exclusively located condos on the entire island of Koh Chang.

Almost anyone that has visited Koh Chang in recent years will be able to tell you that the Lonely Beach isn't as lonely as the name might indicate, but that is what makes it the most ideal spot to vacation or live on Ko Chang island. With a truly tropical forest as backdrop and one of the biggest beaches on the island to look out over, Lonely Beach currently attracts a large part of the visitors to Koh Chang that come to the island to relax and enjoy the peace and quite of the island's beautiful nature. More and more visitor are escaping the busy and overcrowded beaches on the north western side of the island, to find the Koh Chang they have read about in their guide books on the South Western beaches like Lonely Beach. Many of these regularly returning Siam Beach Resort guests and other visitors to the area have inquired about the possibility to purchase a house or condo in the greater Lonely Beach area. Until recently we would have to direct them towards the beachless cliffs several kilometers down the road, where there are a few new housing projects under construction, but many of these people stated that they would prefer to live in a condo that practically stands on the beach, rather that on a plain piece of land with only a partial sea view.

It was only after careful consideration of the impact on the immediate environment and the long term commitments that come with a project like this, that the family that owns the Siam Beach Estate grounds decided that they would open up a prime piece of real estate to be used to construct the new Siam Beach Condominiums on. To ensure a certain degree of exclusivity and to minimalize the impact on the Koh Chang nature reserve that lies just decameters away from where the condo buildings will stand, we will built a rather limited number of condos on the hill behind the Siam Beach Resort.

The condos building will have their own giant exclusive swimming pool that will not be accessible for Siam Beach resort guests. Siam Beach Condo owners are, however, free to use all of the Siam Beach Resort amenities Siam Beach Condo owners will also receive special owner discounts for services at the resort that hold a charge like the wonderful beach massages, the sea kayaking, renting snorkeling equipment (although we recommend buying your own gear if you snorkel regularly), the meals in the Siam Beach restaurants, pick ups and tours in our Siam Beach minibuses and, in case a group of your friends or family decide to drop by: special rates on the Siam Beach hotel rooms and Koh Chang Pool Villas.
